“My name is Sandra Kaufmann and I’ve been working at Kapsch for four years. My first two years with the company were as a trainee. That meant that I got to know three very different companies, with different structures and ways of working, and above all a lot of people. After the trainee programme, I was taken on by Kapsch TrafficCom to work in project management and quality management. In addition, I am active in the Works Council, which has again given me a new perspective on this company. Today I really can’t imagine leaving the company – firstly because of the great working environment, the daily-changing new challenges and the interesting work, but secondly because of the wide range of purchasing discounts of all kinds which we can make use of at any time as employees. We get better terms and conditions with certain banks and chemists, and we have the opportunity of shopping at better prices in various shops or getting tickets for a wide range of events at a privileged price. Currently the company is working on expanding the range of offers, which is of course very attractive to employees. That’s a lot of reasons arguing for Kapsch as an employer.
