1. Enforcement 
    • Process design in connection with non-compliant user behaviour in toll systems and with identifying and prosecuting fraud 
    • Interface to local authorities (criminal prosecution) 
    • Operation of video surveillance systems (processes)

2. Customer Care (toll systems) 
    • Customer support 
    • OBU Pre-Sales activities 
    • Point of Sales 
    • Complaint management

3. Payment transaction processing/process design 
    Between end customer and system operator on an online/offline transaction basis (billing, payment, clearing)
    incl. end-to-end infrastructure (payment authorisation systems, payment terminals)


Duties:

Leading, managing and supporting subprojects in the respective specialism with a focus on the following points:

• Processing, production and conception of tender documents and quotations
• Contract negotiations with potential sub-suppliers or with the project management of the client
• Cost calculation
• Design and participation in building up operating structures
• Operational implementation and operational support of services offered


Professional qualification:

• Relevant business experience in one of the specialisms shown
• Basic legal, technical and business management skills
• Written and spoken English (suitable for negotiations)
• Other foreign languages (particularly French) are an advantage


Personal prerequisites:

• Prepared to travel
• Time flexibility on project work
