Your duties: 
  • Implementing and integrating network security solutions in existing customer projects 
  • Implementing server system solutions for our clients 
  • Responsible for project realisation and business management 
  • Technical processing of incident and release tasks according to ITIL 
  • Recognising and attending to system failures, 2nd and 3rd level support 
  • Carrying out customer training 
  • Documenting solutions

Your profile:

  • Technical qualification or relevant professional experience (poss. certified) 
  • Knowledge about security and routing/switching technologies and/or server systems, storage systems, virtualisation and server-based computing in line with ITIL 
  • Interest in security, network as well as server technologies and constant further training 
  • Experience with the realisation of customer requirements and projects

Personal characteristics:

  • Dedicated, communicative skills, powers of persuasion, team player, problem-solving skills 
  • Great understanding of customer-oriented service with a style of working that is both independent and responsible 
  • Motivated and willing to constantly train further as well as good technical English skills
