Job specification:
You share the tasks with a team in order to create the technical solutions and you are responsible of the presentations to the customers.
At the time of the negotiations with the customers, and in accordance with the sales representatives, the technical support represents a very important role and you are the first contact of the customer regarding the portfolio of the solutions.
Experience:
- Expertise in GSM/GSM-R products and / or services
- Good overall knowledge of GSM/GSM-R technologies
- Professional experience > 5 years in a customer facing role

- Products and services GSM/GSM-R
- Capacity analysis & autonomy
- Excellent presentation and expertise
- Graduate Telecom engineer or equivalent
- Spanish : native or bilingual
- English : very good level
