We are proud of our apprentices, since for years over a third of our graduating apprenticeships have completed their studies with distinction.

Every year, Kapsch organises taster days for potential trainees, the “Schnuppertage für Lehrlingseinsteiger”. In a mix of discussions, tours, games and fun you can form a picture of the company and find out whether you want to be ‘always one step ahead’ as an apprentice with Kapsch.
